Ken Wilson Founded Willow Recruitment in 2007 and the company has since grown to service businesses across Australia in a variety of industry.
Personally responsible for almost 500 recruitment transactions, Ken is a hands-on leader who is passionate about empowering his staff to deliver a recruitment model that delivers on the core values of honesty, reliability and customer experience.

Tony Turner

Tony Turner has been in the recruitment industry over 20 years. After starting out as a Fireman and then qualifying as an engineer, Tony worked with a small number of engineering companies in the UK before moving to Australia and beginning a career in Engineering and Construction recruitment.
He brings vast experience, solid knowledge of his sectors and excellent business sense to the table. Never one to miss an opportunity, Tony will go to great lengths to ensure the recruitment process works as intended, achieving the desired outcomes to the satisfaction of everybody involved.

Principle Architecture Consultant
Steph has always been passionate about design and is one of the longest established recruitment consultants in the Architecture industry.
Her vast network of contacts coupled with an appetite for connecting people make her an excellent acquisition for Willow Recruitment.
Having over 20 years experience, Steph has worked closely with a number of leading local and international clients.

Sam Bushby
Construction & Development Consultant
Sam comes to Willow with a background expertise in labour hire, construction and sales. An experienced consultant, she brings tenacity, drive and many years of experience bringing connections together. She makes it a point to know her clients and candidates well and prides herself on ensuring all parties are successful.
Sam believes honesty and reliability are key components to satisfied and successful clients. She is highly organised with a focus on client retention and advanced negotiation skills. She is recognised for her personal enthusiasm, easy going manner, passion and sense of humour. Sam is an asset to the Willow Recruitment Team.
Kathy Jonas
Business Manager
Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained across a diverse range of industries, including Service Delivery Coordinator (Government funded Home Maintenance/Minor Modification Program), Local Government (Secretary to the Mayor) and Construction & Engineering Sectors (Human Resources, Contract Administration & Procurement).
Her skills include Change Management, Service Improvement, Budget and Policy Development, Corporate Governance, Development of Stakeholder & Peer Networks and confidential Executive Administrative support to a high profile elected Community Leader.
