I’ve never used a recruiter before and do not understand the process?
We understand that engaging a complete stranger to represent your brand is a crucial endeavour that takes a leap of faith. For this reason we will take the time to personally introduce ourselves, ensure you are comfortable with our company, our approach, our process and the desired outcome. We will supply you with a series of communications throughout the process that ensure best practice recruitment methodology. You will always be aware of what happens next! Our focus in ensuring your experience with our brand and our recruitment process is first class.
How do you justify your fee?
“Cost matters in the absence of value!” We regularly canvass clients that have had poor experiences with other recruitment firms, particularly high volume ‘resume flickers’ that rarely add value to a recruitment process. At WR our process is thorough and methodical. For us, it is not about finding A candidate, our mantra is to supply the PREMIER candidate in the market. We do this be supplying dedicated shortlists with several options for our clients to choose from. This process consumes resources and time, but will add value to your business.
I don’t want my business name bantered around the market?
Unlike most recruiters we do not sing from the rooftops that your brand is on the hunt for a new employee. This can create false perceptions around your staff retention reputation and do irreparable damage to your brand. Our candidates are briefed on your brand once that a vetted, qualified and committed. We protect your brand and reputation by engaging with those candidates who need to know.
I don’t want the incumbent to know that I’m wanting to replace them?

How big is your database? Do you have anyone suitable on your database?
Our CMS is cutting edge and over the last 10 years we have developed an industry leading database that will often have suitable candidates ripe for engagement. However, notwithstanding the power of our database, we will still engage in a thorough search process canvassing skilled staff working with your competitors in an effort to ensure that we supply you with a quality shortlist to choose from.
What happens if you place someone and they leave?
All of our placements are covered by a free replacement guarantee. We work very closely with clients to ensure best practice around longevity and staff retention are implemented. Your consultant will supply you detailed information around time frames and best practice.
What happens if you do not find anyone? How are you going to find someone if we haven’t been able to?
Our search and selection techniques are cutting edge and our process is tried and tested in some of the most competitive markets encumbered by skill shortages Australia wide. We are confident in our ability to find you and your company the right person.
How are you better than my other recruiter?
Can we ask for an opportunity to service one role? A litmus test of our services will demonstrate the value we add to the recruitment process. We can promise you the world, however we like to demonstrate by our results!
How much of the process do you do? Do you offer the candidate the role, or do we?
We can tailor our search and selection process to your requirements. Every client is different and we will work to your requirements and expectations.
How long will it take you to find someone?
The time frames around our search processes can vary, from as little as two days for a urgent role through to four to six weeks for a C-level opportunity. Be sure to communicate your time frames with our consultants, we will work with you to meet expectations.
I’ve never used a recruiter before and do not understand the process?
As part of our service to candidates, we supply you with detailed information on the recruitment process. Entitled ‘what to expect’, our summary of the process will ensure that you are aware of all the nuances associated with a recruitment process.
How do I know my resume won’t be seen by people I’m not aware of? I don’t want my boss to see it?
We do not submit your resume to clients without your prior approval. Your confidentiality is our paramount concern.
I’ve dealt with other agencies and they never get back to me, and don’t take my calls, will you?

Other agencies don’t give me useful feedback I can learn from, will you?
Where possible we will supply detailed feedback from clients. Part of our service includes interview coaching and resume advice. Reach out and direct your questions to our consultant!
They don’t keep me in the loop regarding a job once they’ve got my resume?
We do our best to keep you abreast of all developments associated with your application. Ring as often as you like for feedback…We are here to help.
